Manchmal ist das Leben einfach DISCO. Bis die nächste kleine oder große Katastrophe uns ereilt.
Wir sind in Sorge: Umwelt, Corona, Kriege, Inflation… ich fühle mich gelegentlich hilflos und abgehängt, DISCOnnected eben.
Die Welt wird immer verrückter! Was uns bleibt in diesen Zeiten? Durchhalten, zusammenhalten, helfen, Lösungen suchen und ja, auch das sollte erlaubt sein: das Leben genießen (vielleicht bewusster und achtsamer als in der Vergangenheit).

Sometimes life is just DISCO. Until the next small or big catastrophe hits us. We are worried: environment, Corona, wars, inflation… I occasionally feel helpless and isolated, simply DISCOnnected.
The world is getting weirder and weirder! What remains for us in these times? To persevere, to stick together, to help, to look for solutions and yes, that should also be allowed: to enjoy life (perhaps more consciously and mindfully than in the past).
