So verwandelt sich die niedliche Katze „Hello Kitty“ in meiner Arbeit in einen laut brüllenden Panther, den es eigentlich gar nicht gibt. Das war neu für mich: Panther sind schwarze Leoparden oder Jaguare.
Können wir unsere Regenwälder für eine hoffentlich glückliche Zukunft retten?

Dieses Werk reiste 2023 nach Finnland im Rahmen unserer BBK-Ausstellung „No past – funny future“.

Die Basis bildet eine Illustration, die wiederum auf einem älteren Acryl-Gemälde basiert.

So the cute cat „Hello Kitty“ in my work turns into a loud yelling panther, which basically do not exist. It was new to me: panthers are black leopards or jaguars.
Can we save our rainforests for a hopefully joyful future?

This work traveled to Finland in 2023 as part of our BBK exhibition “No past – funny future”.

The basis is an illustration, which in turn is based on an older acrylic painting.
