Kennen Sie noch die guten alten Wurstplatten? Hier in einer kulinarischen Sonderversion als Abwandlung einer Schallplatte. Genießen Sie Ihr Mahl mit Ihrer Lieblingsmusik – Welche? Mir Wurst 🙂

Die Wurstplatte folgte der Käseplatte – naheliegend und doch eine Herausforderung, denn die Wurst sah anfangs wenig appetitlich aus. Eine Salami sollte es sein. Nach einigen Versuchen und ein wenig Kopfzerberechen, wollte diese dann doch. Tropft da der Zahn?

The sausage platter followed the cheese platter – an obvious choice, yet still a challenge, because the sausage didn’t look very appetizing first. After a few tries and a bit of head-scratching, it finally turned out right. Is that a tooth dripping?
