Vor vielen Monden malte ich den Lovely fruit Apfel – grafisch reduziert und inspiriert durch ein aus einem frischen Apfel geschnittenes Herz. Eine kleine Serie mit verschiedenen Früchten entstand. Ich habe Spaß an der Entwicklung von Objekten und teste immer wieder Materialien. Und ja, manchmal muss es eben groß sein. So entstand dieses Werk, das nun unseren Garten ziert.

Many years ago, I painted the Lovely Fruit Apple – graphically simplified and inspired by a heart cut from a fresh apple. A small series featuring various fruits was created. I enjoy developing objects and am always testing out new materials. And yes, sometimes it just has to be big. That’s how this piece came about, which now adorns our garden.
